Then why didn't you post more detailed rules for your game?
On a 10x10 board, fill the 2nd to 4th for full of checkers, in both colored squares. And at the back row, fill them with lances, or in an OTB game, another type of token. Lance is a rook but only forwards, thus retrieval is impossible. At the back rank, checkers promote normally, but the lances promote to a Boar, which is a queen without the sideways movement. I think this is pretty fun, I want to hear your thoughts.
