Survival Chess

Maximum Piece Number: At no point in the game may a player have more pieces than are in a traditional chess set. This means there can be no more than a maximum of 1 queen, 2 rooks, 2 bishops, and 2 knights. In addition, a player may not have more than 4 pawns on the board, and they may not have more than 3 other pieces on the board (excluding the king).
Alright everyone, please set up your board! Above is a reminder of the rules around piece placement.
Please post a board diagram showing your setup. Below are some example boards that are legal:
Advice:
I'll give some general advice periodically, generally so that no one is unfairly disadvantaged by an event dropping nasty stuff onto some otherwise well placed pieces. In this case, I would strongly recommend placing a queen, but note that the board shape may make other pieces more or less useful than in normal chess.
Once everyone has set up their boards, I will begin the 5 opening moves!

Additional Notes: Placing black kings down the perimeter of the 4x8 board is optional, but may help define the parameters.
You may orient your board in any direction you want. Why not!

Yeah, we're up to 8 now (James was here already)! This game shouldn't become any more difficult to GM with more players, so it's great!

I will do the same as trexler Ka1,Rb1,Nc1 and Qd1. I am sorry but I can't set up the board at the moment.

Alright, we have 4 boards set up:

I probably should have done this is waves, but that's ok!

I'm setting a 72 hour clock, starting now, for the remaining players to set up their boards. Since 2/3 of players have set up their boards, I'll treat this like the second wave of a normal event.
