works.

Black to move, White is checking the Bishop with Queen and since this is the last bishop, Black must parry this by :
1...Bd8
2.Rd1 Re8 Black checking the Queen with Rook
3.Ne6 the Knight checking the Bishop and Rook checking the Queen
3…. Qxd1 is merely checking the king and in Extinction Chess, and the King ,being on par with other pieces, need not be evacuated here since white strikes first.
4. Nxd8 checkmates the bishop, the knight finishes off the last bishop and the species of bishop is extinct. White wins.
