This is basically FE chess with each player use different mode than their opponent. For example a player use mode 1 (Rook - Knight switch) while his opponent use mode 3 (Knight - Bishop switch). Thus one player use different pieces than their opponent to representing the same pieces moves. It will create quite complicated pieces appearances tasking.
If this is too complicated for classical time control,I hope it could be enjoyed in correspondence chess.I am wondering if the artistic moves arrangement could be appreciated through these difficulties of mind only usage (without pieces conversion tools). If there is such a correspondence FE chess world championship for these difficulties art,we may appreciate the art and effort of this match.
Here is an example of Asymmetric FE chess initial setup board, where white use mode 1 (Rook - Knight switch) while black use mode 3 (Knight - Bishop switch).
The rules for this variant is being explained in this below link.
