There is this really annoying idea of 1. Nf3 2. Ng5 3. Nxf7 that is super annoying in bug, what do I do?

1.Nf3 e6 2.Ne5 d6 3.Nxf7 Kxf7 and you are up a knight. Tell your teammate to not trade too much, Play quick and your opponent will not have enough pieces to attack and your king will get safe. Not sure what defensive moves are best, but one example is Be7, Kf8, p@f7. The main thing to focus on is to play quick while defending, so your opponent does not get enough pieces and tell your ally to stall when you need to.

I'm not sure what bulldog theory says, but that is what I would do.
