I suspect that both the Zombie and the Dwarf are stronger than the Werewolf, with that in mind I would not want to capture a Werewolf with either of them!
Only one Zombie can 'scare' (freeze) a Dwarf, despite of the fact that it requires a twofold attack on a Dwarf to capture one. @HorusTheThird I hope that you agree with this interpretation.
