It says:

Absolutely right. He did not announce vacay time here!

This game is not part of the Big-dog tournament, so I'm not the official arbiter.
But in my view, aidanB1 never announced a vacation in this thread (neither to his opponent, nor to evert823) so he is not in vacation time.
HolographWars issued a time warning at 7:00 AM on June 27, so aidanB1 must play a move by 7:00 AM June 28 (my time zone). That's in about 6 hours. After that either evert or HolographWars can call the game (win for Holograph).
btw, the official rule is (from here):
Vacation time: Each player is allowed four vacation days (added to the 3-day move limit, for a total of 7 days for a move), and this is refreshed at every 40 moves. The player must announce it before using the extra time. Vacation days cannot be banked.

He had announced it to me, but that was in the game between aidanB1 and me.

I announced in FOUR other games! Look at my argument in bulldog chess club thread on how to announce vacation time! I didn't have time to announce it here.
