Found it! The standard time control for these is 2 days per move. Once the two days are up, the moderator/other player gives a warning, and the player has 24 hours to move or he flags (so it's technically 3 days per move, with a 2 day warning).
That's not the right board though. Here it is (just use Google Paint).
These are the boards we are supposed to use for bulldog. I can manage that for you if you like (musketeer chess doesn't have the right stuff). All official/rated games are done like that.
