Castling from weired initial position
Simply put, you can immediately castle kingside. To castle queenside, the d-rook needs to move out of the way.
There are some positions where castling is considerably more difficult to achieve than normal, and its much more common to skip castling than in normal chess. All of that said, if you can castle in 960 without getting totally bent out of shape to do it, its still generally a good idea.

Thank you all for your help, I got it. Suppose that there's no rooks on d file and I want to castle 'a' side (means that the king should go to the 'c' square and the rook to 'd' square) ..... in online chess, to initiate castling move, you start dragging the king to the final square (which is 'c' square which is current king square) so dragging will not work as the start square is the same as the target square. in the link that baddogno posted I found this solution "If you're having "technical difficulties" trying to castle (especially where there is only one square between the King and Rook), click first on the King, then on the Rook". so instead of dragging, (supposing that there's no rook on 'd' squre, just click the king and then click the 'a' rook... then you will find the computer just moved the 'a' rook to the 'd' square.
