Thanks for both players having good sportsmanship. I didn't mention this, but there is an old post (here) which has some rules about on-line correspondence chess. It has the rules I usually follow for games.

I love stopping these conditional moves K(5,0)

HorribleTomato

Heh heh... after a quick ++ I'm sure this is safe: H(7,-2) with zoom out please... trying to get a scope of that queen...

Here is a zoom-out view. This is about the most zoom-out that will be shown in infinite chess. Algebra or other mathematical methods will need to be used by the players to decide moves for pieces which move very far from the central battle.meh.png

ummm... I just realized, king is on 5,0, guard on (4,1). You got mixed up. After K(5,0) H(7,-2) is a check, afterwards I premove HxB. tongue.png

vickalan

You're right, sorry. My diagram was wrong, and so aidanB1's move (post #196) is illegal because White's king is in check.

So it's White to move, and play should continue from the moves and diagram at post #194 and #195. Very sorry - diagram error was my fault.

HorribleTomato

No (5,0) not (5,1)- put the white king on (5,0) instead of guard, then continue H(7,-2+)
