No, that means two pieces are on the same square, which is not allowed.

@Vickalin, how did you do that? It says you were online 1 hr ago, yet you posted this 30m ago?! HOW!?
I don't know. Maybe the server picks up on-line status only once per hour (so round-off error)? I logged off to watch some of the Olympics for a while, but now back on-line. I'm OK with chess.com +/- 1 hour error.
