NCNV players

Xiangqi is admittedly not on par with chess as a worldwide board game. In the rating lists of the DXB ( Deutscher Xiangqi Bund - German Xiangqi Association ) , there are 69 players with a rating in Germany . Among them, 21 are people with Asian names ( mostly Chinese or Vietnamese ) while 48  are mostly Germans. In Japan, there are 69 native players with a rating while 28 are Chinese or Vietnamese. In international xiangqi tournaments , the non-Chinese and non-Vietnamese players are usually disadvantaged because of their relatively late exposure to  the game. Very few of them can end up at the top spots. So, special prizes are reserved for such NCNV players.The Russians are very resistant to the XQ bug and there are only 4 rated players on the list.
