BxK TTxB resurrecting the King. So this is a nice example of conditional check and no issue. Legal.

The problem seems a little paradoxical to me. An example:
(White to move) Kd1≠ is legal? If yes, then follows KxKd1#

I just saw it now, it crossed with my posting. I accept the answer, but it should be more explicitly pointed out in the rules in future that a king can also go offensively into a check.
