Here are the rules.
1) You make the first move as Black (of course!)
2) You first write your moves on paper before actually making them on the board.
3) If you are playing Reverse Chess live, then, first, you pause the clock to write your moves.
A short message before 4): I am only 10 years old and so any tips are welcome.
4) If you are Black and it's your move and you write a move, e.g. Bxb4, and White writes b5, then you get the pawn on b5.

5) If you ever make a premove, for example 'Bd3', and you are Black and White writes some other move, then you write your premove below your move and then make the moves in order.
