Would you not fire your first missile to either take the queen or blow up one of their missiles? They would just retaliate with their other missile in the same fashion ...

How exactly does it move? Does it just "shoot a target" randomly?

Finally, does it still capture pieces in a 3x3 area when landing on an empty square, or must a capture directly on that square be involved?

Does it go forwards/backwards/sideway/diagonally? Over how many squares?

Or are you saying that you don't know?

So the rockets can move as a King, but capture (a 3x3 area) like a kamikaze universal leaper. But the latter only when it is not under attack. (I guess technically you could also use it for a kamikaze non-capture, where there is nothing in the 3x3 target area, but no one would do that, of course.)
