Why can't I castle?

That's after you have castled? I don't understand this- if you queenside castled like that, there's a serious glitch in the chess.com system.
It's a 960 game chessman.
I was wondering if the b1 knight needs to move but can't really remember the rules.
Ok here is the game. I need to figure this out before time expires because my entire strategy is based on being able to castle to the left.

But your game is only up to move 12?
Maybe because you move your rook so you couldn't castle Kingside, but since you didn't move your queenside rook, you could've castle Queenside.
This makes no sense. I am unable to castle as white. I meet all the requirements, but it doesn't work. Have never moved the king, have never moved the rook. Never even been in check yet...
I've tested it by backing way up to earlier in the game and rebuilding this position, and the king ends up at c1 and the rook at d1.
Any help would be appreciated.
