Chess TV - no sound

I'm getting Chess TV but without the sound. I'm subscribed at the platinum level. I thought you get Chess TV with that. My old iPad gets video and sound otherwise, just not with Chess TV.

I don't have an ipad but there is an icon that turns sound on and off.
