The point is to allow all to qualify. You only need to be top 8 in your division to be in the knockout. Which should be around 10 points for the hardest divisions

Nope. You can play in the open and the division for your rating. It will be blitz.
You need to qualify for the divided rating division but not the open one

Only 1 Arena will be held. It will be a 24 Hour qualifier for the 4 Divided Ratings knockout.
The OPEN division is open to the first 32 to grab it
We're not sure yet. Probably on the 5th or something. A post is coming out in a couple days with all the information.
