My club is experiencing a delay in updates. Over 24 hours ago, we won two games with more than 4 moves and a checkmate with 3 moves, and we didn't score 15 points. 24 hours have passed, and we're still ranked #159. Please update the rankings. Thank you.happy

if there is a bug in reporting, you have to file a bug report.

Posting a thread in the forum may let other people know about it, but probably not the developers who would need to fix the problem.

I also noticed recently that King of the Hill Team did not get the vote chess points that it should have. There was a day in which we won four games (ending on the same day) and our vote chess points did not jump up. These were long games (>4 moves).

The staff in charge of these forums should notify the developers of the problem. I'm not paid for this. Besides, it's incredible that the increase isn't automatic. Is there anyone who does it manually? It's unbelievable, I'm tired of everything having problems here on this platform!surprise

This isn't the case, but if chess.com were to certify its quality according to ISO 9000, the external auditors would be laughing their heads off at the processes they have here.happy

How demoralizing the constant problems with the platform are. It's hard to motivate club members to participate in the events we put together with so much effort. We won again, with games of more than 4 moves. Now that's 20 points missing from the rankings, we're still #159...

Hello! The problem persists. We've won games of more than four moves, and the score hasn't increased. I'd appreciate it if you, who work here, would forward our problem to the appropriate person at chess.com. Thank you. And please don't delete the forums; please process our request.
