e4 response tournament

There will be 4 teams, team Caro kann, team e5, team french, and team sicilian.

Rules 

• Each team will play 4 vote chess games against 1 team
• If the score is 2-2 then a 5th game will be played
• For two of the games the opening will be one teams opening, for the other 2 it will be the other team, the 5th game will be random
• The winning team advances
• The two losing teams will be against each other for the race for 3rd
• Each team will have a code
• When you join the club please type the code for the additional message

Pirc is trash!

There are four moves against 1.e4 that are proven to be stronger than the other 16.  1...e5, 1...c5, 1...e6, and 1...c6 (the latter two assume ...d5 will be played against 2.d4 to prevent dominance of the center by White).

The other 16 moves are all weaker.  They are weaker to varying degrees, like 1...f6 is worse than 1...g6, but both are clearly inferior to the "Big 4" as they are sometimes referred to.
