One of my biggest criticisms of the site is when people play terrible positions and when you exploit them and win, they want to cry cheating. Then the onus of proving you did not falls upon you. It's especially frustrating when you play very specific openings and understand what to do to win in them, you inevitably will have a higher than normal accuracy in games, but to many, they look at that as evidence of cheating because how could an individual score that high above the average without doing so? I've seen a sparring partner of mine banned twice for this that has played chess for 45 years but does not want to play in USCF games due to anxiety issues being in large crowds. Nonetheless, his OTB play is at about a Class A to expert strength. As a result, I will never purchase a premium membership nor waste my time on anything but daily and vote chess until chess.com figures out how to balance fair play issues.
