How do I increase the number of members in my club

I invite but some people keep kicking them or banning them I don't know how to manage it. Pls tell me how can I gets at least 10members coming everyday. And if you can pls join this club https://www.chess.com/club/university-of-chess-players/join

Demote those ungrateful admins who just ban people 

And because you're excessively advertising your club everywhere, nobody is joining your club 

There's a limit to advertise

Also, if people aren't interested in your club, just leave them alone, don't force them to join

i am only invited 10 people too my club

so does not exceed limit
