You can't.
Official status is chosen by chess.com. A very limited number of clubs are chosen.
how do you make your club official

@justbefair how do you know that? where does the information come? what if there's a club that represents a chess community and the founders are the actual owners of that community? how could they get verification from chess.com? just wait until chess.com notices them?
