I understand that you want more members but this is a bad approach. If someone with bad intentions is admin or even SA they might do harmful and vile things to you'r club.
Please reconsider this.

Administrators have few rights and in case of a problem we can quickly remove them from the club and remove the modifications they have made, it would only be annoying if I named them super admin
what i can bring to the table
1) Creating tournaments
2) Creating/amending rules aligned with chess.com guidelines (This would help in preventing any ban from site and also maintaining a reputation , which can further go for verified club in future)
3) Maintaining decorum of club and helping members with club related queries and general queries also
4) encourage members to be friendly , active and participate in events
5) encourage more activity in the club by creating attractive offers (This is confidential in my recent times in clubs i have used this and that peaked the activity levels and club engagements )
6) help connecting to other clubs for mutliclub / interclub events
if these points excite you in any ways you can let me know if you need my contribution as a admin
Cheers and Happy Chessing !!
