So I am just going to take a wild guess and say that your talking about me?
Let me just break up this drama.

Nope, nothing is wrong with you.

So basically you partner with a club to get members. You have to announce in your club what club your club is partnering up with in an eye catching way so that members can join that club and vice versa for the other club.

They will not accept.
It doesn’t hurt to ask…
U can do it but 100% they will not accept.

Ok

Let me just break up this drama...
club partnerships should be taken more seriously ...
when this happens, I should take a deep breath and try to relax
Break up or create drama?
Boohoo about partnerships
You posted this after relaxing? Perhaps more breaths are in order?
Edit:
More boohoo. Op blocked the bunny
So recently my club and another club was going to partner clubs. My club made an announcement, and the other club did not. Waited for 1 day and no announcement. Then I was getting angry, so I messaged him(the message was full of anger not the cleanest message). Then he did not answer. Then I wrote a proper message telling him that you have to at least make a forum in partnerships. And here we are. I think this is an issue for clubs. Club admins and SAs probably should be stricter to these situations. Like… stop the selfish behavior? I should have probably went in a nicer way, but I think my decision was understandable in this case. It is very annoying when you are so excited for a partnership and you might get 20 more members! And then suddenly the owner, doesn’t make the announcement. I am kind of mad but I must say the @turbopickleb24 is very kind and has help me calm down by partnering up with a 1500 member club!!
