This notification comes every time you leave beta testing. Auto-removal from the «Chess.com Beta» club occurs ≈15 minutes after the release (by my last check).
Ah the latest chess.com news. All about watching the game, really nothing about playing it. So many bugs out there yet they claim to have fixed dozens. Apparently none of the ones that concern Club play.
Yes, you're right. In LA it's just noon, they have still a lot of time to fix this today as announced by @jdcannon.
Once upon a time, a pawn on g2 wanted to start the game early, and moved to g3. The King of the castle of chess.com, tried to avoid it, but could not do it (he was having fun in the broadcasts of his superstar tournaments), and so years passed, until they had to change the rules of chess, which since then is called "Chess g3"...
That is why, says the legend, that everyone from then on plays the King's Fianchetto Opening...
Appears to be fixed now. I have recreated the tournament i had to cancel at the weekend and have spent the last 2 hours sending out targeted invites. I'll be very distressed if it all falls through again.

Just checked it: For matches it isn't fixed. Same procedure as in the last 112 hours.
Hmm. It appeared as a different problem in my Daily tournaments with 3 moves already made (see graphic I posted above)
But, fingers crossed as people have now started joining the tournament, it looks like it is ok now.
I hope the (presumably) incoming match fix doesn't re-introduce it for tournaments!

Provisional chronology (in PDT): Bug appeared on Friday around 08:00 AM, stayed most likely undetected by developers until being posted in Chess.com Beta and reported (via bug report) latest at 10:15 PM on Friday, came to Staff's knowledge perhaps only on Saturday morning (reported by a moderator) / Sunday evening (via bug report), was prioritized by @jdcannon on Monday and announced to be fixed during Tuesday (apparently based on a fix and corresponding tests for Beta only). Has been prematurely announced as being fixed on Wednesday, detecting only after this, that it still doesn't work "outside" of Beta (remember, that's where these millions of common users are): Newly announced as being fixed for everyone around 1:00 PM on Wednesday.
