Of course they can listen. You won't be instructing staff to do anything though, short of adjustments to your own account.
Yeah pp3 you made it sound like you have control over the staff. If it is not offensive or untruthful (we are being totally honest about your crap coaching) they leave it up.

I really don't care about the ratings on chess.com It is what it is. I was the same kid as him in HS, state champ, club pres, coach, yada yada. It doesn't mean jack to anyone but the other club members.
Why would we want to see that? A rating is just a number. I find that the higher the rating the bigger the ego. That is why I no longer play in tournaments...too many fat kids with no hope and a bunch of ego ridden middle aged losers.

Hey! I know Pawnpusher3 and he's going to be stronger than I am before any of you know it. How do I know this? He's dedicated to my lessons program and we chat almost every day. He's dead serious, I wouldn't have taken him under my wing if he wasn't. I know quite a bit about chess players and which ones will succeed..... My credentials are on my coach's page.
