And i am almost sure that you do blunders in 1-2 moves due to wrong thinking process.

Then how do we solve that??? Every single person realizes that problem, but the fixing of it is difficult, so either shut it or bring solutions (no offense)
Two suggestions.
First, play slow time controls. This gives you time to check for immediate threats as well as two- and three-move combinations.
Second, play through hundreds of annotated master games. This will show you the major tactical ideas. However, it will also show you how these develop from openings and common middlegame positions! Solving puzzles will also show you these tactical ideas. But puzzles do not show you how these themes arise during actual play.

I wanna hit 2000 but a lot of my games i miss key tactics, is there any studies or books i can use to see more tactics. (Already doing puzzles)
