Sometimes after 3 minutes I am declared the winner because my opponent disconnected.
Other times, his clock just ticks away till his time runs out and I sit waiting to be declared the winner. - Yes I do get the win, but with no notice and up to 12 minutes of my life lost to some Tw@ . . . Why no notice?
It's really a problem this question about disconnectors... Spoil the game and the site itself. But in all websites I believe they have this problem.
I agree, you are wasting your time in a situation like that. And as people use to say: "time is money". And even if it's not to spend the time making money, may it be used with another thing, and not waiting for nothing. Now imagine a game of 60 min. or more?
Maybe they should try a better system to identify the disconnectors, but I don't know if it's possible...
That's why I'm avoiding long live games of chess in internet...
