1. Super Admins and admins must be very approachable. They must have a good communication skill & a positive attitude. 
2. Should have ability to represent the group in team match with inquiries and challenges in a positive manner.
3. Most important should be committed to group, and clear understanding about the group and its goal.
4. Able to deliever time happily and with full dedication. 
5. Finally, the Will To Never Give Up.
