You don't have to be afraid of anything. It's just a joke. All those people who got banned because they breached the TOS but I didn't report them myself except for @chess_is_9ay but that was obvious because he posted insults in every thread he was.
For all the other people that was just a joke. Nothing will happen to them because they did nothing wrong.

Seriously, I mean it! Serial Reporters are the worst. The best way to deal with them is to beat them with their own weapons. Report them!
But it is a slippery slope. You could become the very thing you swore to destroy.
