If your playing Rapid, I suggest taking 15-20 seconds to scope out the map, and watch out for hanging pieces. (If you don't know what hanging is, search it up.) Learn up different openings, if you can play a good opening, you can play good middle & endgames.
If on blitz, take 7 seconds to look for attackers on the space you are about to move. Look out for any forks. Also, find any moves that will lead to winning material.
In bullet, take 3 seconds to think, and play the move. Chances are, the opponent will not think, and just move randomly. Take advantage of this, and win their pieces.
In daily, if you take a few hours off, when you come back, rewind to the start of the game & rewatch everything you played. Try looking ahead move, as you have a lot of time to do so.
This will take practice, review, and loss. Do not stop trying, if you feel youself tilting, take a break, play against bots, have some fun with variants, or spend time watching any videos, play some games, go outside, or just simply taking a nap. You should not dedicate yourself over chess, and should just do some puzzles, analyze your games, or stop playing for a while.
