A User Admitted Cheating but chess.com does not answer my Message

I reported an opponent who cheated. He admitted he was using help in the chat. I reported him but still did not get an answer. Why? Why does it take so long? It's very frustrating. I am very angry. because chess.com does nothing against cheaters. 

The worst communication is no communication. I tried to mention cheat in the forum, but my threads were closed. This is bad. I feel let down. This has no style.

You aren't allowed to plubllicly accuse peopl of cheating, if they are they will be closed within a month or so if they aren't, they won't get closed. Just report them

Thank you for your quick answer. Yes, you are right. I'm not using the name of my opponent in the forum. I already reported him to chess.com, so they know who he is. The point is that he admitted cheat in the chat. The analysis is also very clear. It should not take so long to check this guy. Unfortunately this was not the first time I played a cheater. I played opponents with a very low rating, who played like masters. This is very suspicious, isn't it? We are a community here. Here are so many decent people who love chess and who want to get rid of these cheaters. We should discuss this in the forums openly, of course not by fingerpointing and publicly naming the suspects.

The site does not normally reply. They either close the account if they determine there is a fair play violation.
