Accounting for ping in bullet

Is there any reason players could not receive their ping to the chess.com servers as increment, especially in bullet? I'm only 1000 rated, but I notice often that since I'm from Australia when I get into low time even if I premove I lose 0.25s+ as my turn needs to make it to the server before being played, this means if I think early and my clock gets to say 5 seconds, I have a maximum of 20 premoves remaining before I lose on time. It makes it much harder for me to avoid being flagged even though I'm decently competent at premoving. A simple solution would seem to be adding increment equal to my ping from the server after each turn, so this is avoided.

The site allows a maximum amount of lag and compensates the clock if that lag is less than that.
