I'm struggling to figure out how 95% of 200 is 150.  I can handle prepayment modelling on mortgage-backed securities and option adjusted calculations on callable municipal bonds, but this one is a bit beyond me.

To be fair, it's really about how there isn't the sort of cheating that the person believed there is on Chess.com. If @TacticalTrickyKnight had made those accusations in a forum thread, then yes, it would have been locked.
