To get the introspection achievement, you must do the following:
1 - Go to the Game Explorer
2 - Select the "My Games" database
3 - Make at least five moves
More > Explorer

To join a vote chess game, go to the home page of one your clubs. Click on the "Vote Chess" link and join a game (if there is one).

There are several achievements which are not working at the moment. If you contact help/support, they might unlock them for you.
Second Opinion, Hindsight 20/20 - You have to do one and ten game reviews.
Statistician - I believe is also not working.

A fun trophy is known as a cheer. You can send one from someone's profile page.

You mean the reviews I always do after playing a game? If so, the Achievement is not working. Will try to ask Support.

Hi all,
In the Awards Section there are the Achievements. Some are pretty easy to understand though not necessarily easy to achieve.
But some I really don't know how to get it. Some examples:
- Second Opinion and Hindsight 20/20 - how do one get a game analysed? NOT WORKING. See below
- Statistician - I already tried reviewing all my statistics, what else do I have to do?
- Introspection - Where is the "My games" database? SOLVED, see below
- Ballot box - what is a Vote Chess Game and how can I find one? SOLVED, see below
- Trophy Hunter - what is a Fun Trophy? SOLVED, see below
- Participant - how do one become part of the community?
- Survey Says - where can I find Surveys?
- Badges - Don't seem to be working... In the help section says one can give these after finnishing a game but I can't see it...
