I feel like everytime at around the same time as day in India, there are these keto and gummy ads in the general chess discussion. I also mentioned that it happened during the same time during the day in Kolkata, India, but uses different flags. They are so annoying, but it’s like a virus, they won’t stop coming back

It is bothersome. I think that person creates new accounts and advertises like 30+ threads of this spamming each day. It makes you wonder what compulsion people have to want to waste their time with things like this. Imagine all the productive things they could be doing if they saved their time by not posting things like this.

It also takes them time to create those accounts and threads whereas it only takes seconds for a staff or mod to take action; seems like they are playing a game they can't win, but for some reason they choose to waste their own time.

Other games I play have forums which won't allow the owner of an account the right to post until they have played a minimum number of games. It is needed here.

something like this should be added, i agree. it may also help with trolls who create several new accounts just to annoy forum users. it'll require them to actually put time into the website, lol.

i doubt the site will do something like this though..

Be glad you aren't getting Indians calling you during the day about Medicare and then after they ask you "How are you doing?" a bajillion times with a robot voice, they ask you when a good time to call is. Uh, you just interrupted me, and now you want to ask me when the next "good" time to annoy me is?

They don't. They spam constantly. Incredible people waste their own life like this.

Oh I see now. When the mods are on here, you don't see the ads. Thank you mods. It's good not to see keto ads all the time.

The next good time is in 300 years, when the number will be out of service.

You're just spreading the spam instead of reporting it
