What browser are you using and what version of the browser? Do you have any blocking plugins? Have you tried clearing your cache?
After my platinum membership I still have yet to play a live game.

I suspect that this is fixed since you have played rapid games a few days ago, but if you have any questions feel welcome to send me a private message.
