Most of your games are probably decided through tactics and blunders so its important to stop them. Try to solve as many tactics as possible and play in the way that you always think about "How can I attack my opponent" and not "how to defend".
Here some blitz games of me, they can hopefully illustrate what I mean with attacking chess:
Always try to bring your opponent into trouble and play attacking chess.
