Of course it is his question to answer but imma just add that online ratings are generally supposed to be higher than otb ratings. So something does seem off like you said. If you can beat 1600s (USCF) at least like 60% of the time (so not just fluke wins), you can probably be 1900 or 2000 rapid as long as you put in the games. Computer levels are generally worse than their ratings until at least like 2300, so probably beating computers that rating doesn’t matter as much as people that rating. Just keep going and it’ll probably go up.
1600 friends is not USCF but they're 1600 in online sites like this one or lichess. I know something is off, this is exactly why I asked!! I really cannot understand why. Maybe it's my mindset, maybe it's that I don't care about winning as long as I have fun. But it's little frustrating to know I can beat 1600 friends, complete 1600 puzzles but I cannot go above 1250 in any online site. Maybe Kowarenai has an explanation for this. Arigatou!

Do you do anything special before tournaments? Before tournaments I’ll do some exercise and eat a bit healthier etc. Just make sure I’m ready physically and mentally.

I once tried to pull a drunk magnus drinking so much soda and chicken tenders winning 8 games in a row at nationals. Instantly regretted feeling horribe afterwards but it was fun while it lasted and now all i do is really just drink water and eat near the end of yhe tournament where i just feel more rested
