amazing how many 1000-1200 players are getting over 90 accuracy in long games

I must not be improving as I keep losing to lower rated players and my accuracy is in the 80s

Accuracy depends on how complex is the game. If there are some simple recaptures then yes, it is not that hard to have 90+ game.
I’ve noticed since they reset everything the games are absolutely flawless, I’ve lost over 300 ranking points and can barely play against people who are at 1050. Did they change something because it really feels like a computer playing anymore.
