An unexpected argument against V3

Many points have been made against the new version of this site. Some of them reasonable, others crazy, but most of them have been repeated an excessive number of times. This is not the case here.  Prepare for the first original  argument against V3 you have seen in a while.

I have been using V3 almost exclusively for a week or so, due to the fact it is the new default site (also because I am too lazy to keep clicking on the old chess.com link). In general, I like the new site pretty much. However, there is something intangible that makes me feel weird using it, something difficult to describe. The forums seem unfamiliar to me, and I have lost the need to comment in random stupid topics I used to have while using V2. This basically means I troll less when I use V3. And, to worsen the situation even more, I also create threads less often when using V3, which again means less trolling.

At first I thought this had something to do with me, that I should not blame the site for it, that perhaps I had lost my inspiration and my will to troll. So I conducted an experiment: I switched to V2 for a while to see what happened. And guess what: as soon as I did it, I started coming up with ideas, and made some wonderful comments. In my opinion, this proved that V3 discourages trolling. I do not know about useful comments, I do not usually make them, and in general they are so scarce it will be difficult to discover how V3 affects them.

All in all, V3 is threatening chess.com trolls. We might become extinct unless several changes to the appearence of forums in V3 are implemented. As we know, trolls are indispensable for the existence of this site, so erik & Co. should take notice, as this is probably the best feedback they have received for a long time.

Chess.com without trolling is sad. Too sad.

Is not about v2 or v3 that's a hype the site is same all the time.

They were unsure if they could get away with Water Fluoridation, so they had a master psychologist design V3 in a way that it will continue to numb you down.

I am on V2 now after a month or so of V3. It's like going back to 1966 and driving my old Mustang...it's SOOOO nice.
