Analyzing offline games

Hey all,

I used to be able to note down games a played against family and friends IRL, move the pieces on the analysis board correspondingly, and then do a full computer analysis of my game incl. progress,  count of excellent moves, good moves, etc.

I seem not to be able to do this anymore. I can only analyze a single move at a time, and that doesn't really provide the good overview of the game that I used to be able to get. Has this feature been removed in the online version of Chess.com? Or has it been moved?

Best Regards

Thanks for the response!

Just tried it! Doesn't seem to work though. I made some dummy chess moves, downloaded the PGN, and then inserted it into the analyser.

When I Run Report, it only evaluates the last move. It doesn't evaluate the game as a whole (you used to be able to see the pieces being moved too, while it was analyzing). Now it says "Analyzing" but it is always stuck at 1% (see screendump).

Also, the counts on "Excellent moves", "Good moves", "blunders" etc. doesn't show up like it used to, while analyzing a game.

Edit: Wonder if it is still a feature though?

Hi there again. Just tried it, and no luck :-)

However, although it should work for Safari, I just tried it in google Chrome, and it works like a charm. So I'm guessing it must be a browser issue. I will just play using Chrome from now on!

Thank you for your responses! :-)
