Anand vs Carlsen: World Championship match thread

It's 2am here in California, and I just got here yesterday, still haven't adjusted to the time zone difference so it feels like 4 am right now .

Carlsen doesn't look too happy with his position.

I cant access any of the sites, keep getting that 503 error, no server available.

Even on the video one, I can see commentary, but not the board.

2700chess.com/live is where I'm watching it. I want to watch this match without computer opinions so I can try to make plans about the position as its being played.

Wha....? C5? What the? Please tell me what the plusses are with that. I see it giving d5 to black and consequently diminishing the b2 Bishop. Am I missing something obvious? It IS 5 am and no commentary or computer analysis. So..... you know....

Without c5 white has to sacrifice a pawn.

Qb3 Be6 and you cannot defend c4.

well c5 Nc4, whites gonna play Bc1 and black can play e5 imo, and have no problems whatsoever.

I feel like Carlsen missed much of this, is feeling very uncomfortable and is already slightly worse.
