Ratings fluctuate, sometimes a lot, and especially if you play a lot of games, when there are large increases / decreases in the number of players playing in the pool. This usually leads to a raft of pointless posts complaining that IT (whatever IT is) is rigged.
Are chesscom ratings easier to reach in summer?

I just reached my all time high in rapid wich is above 1900+. I really didnt change my game style or studied more chess, i just think that the pool of players currently playing is weaker. Why? Because of the summer. I think higher temps tends to make people lazy and not really willing to study the position solve puzzels think in general. Most peoples are busy making plans for holidays have more activity outside or they just want to enjoy the weather and if they play they tend to play one or two games not really anylasing it afterwards. Do you really think that is the case? Do you have the same experience as me or no let me know in the comments cheers.
