Are chess.com residents dangerous

I saw a post earlier (now removed) about how one of our young IMs was going to threaten to kill any classmate who didn't know chess, or couldn't draw or beat him.

As a 1300, I do not like those odds.

Haha, i hope they were kidding! But if not at least your odds are way better than mine :/ The people ive talked to so far have been really friendly though so good luck :)

HalfSicilin

Yes.

Now THIS thread has legs.Wink  IMO anyone who DOESN'T make noise is dangerous.

Put the pipe down and back away slowly , keeping your hands where I can see them .  Surprised

Pulpofeira

Only for themselves.

Crazychessplaya

Best advice - don't argue with anyone on the site. Do not volunteer any info about yourself.

Hey Monkeysocks!

First you have to open with e4, pass the bishop down the hill, and remember that Bob's the teapot.  Survive the ice cream cone.

Meet me behind the Walmart for more information.  The bird flies east.

I am the only sane person here guys.

You're the only one here. Chess.com is just a figment of your imagination. You're actually in a coma right now.

WAKE UP!

Chess players are both inquisitive and resourceful. As such, many have ended up losing their "noodle". Take for example Steinitz, Pillsbury, Alekhine, Donald Trump, etc.

Understood; I'll avoid being near a8 around endgame tomorrow. Thanks for calling check, cage-bird.

Change of plan. It's time to 'promote'. Avoid f3-f5. Our king isn't safe.

Shyvyrz

Almost as bad as the folks I play with on CandyLand.com. Those cats are straight up crazy train.

Chess.com is only safe if you are in a safe "Community" here.

Your current and highest tactics ratings are confusing me.
