Are some of the puzzles from your recent games?

Ive been doing puzzles a lot and noticed that every so often a puzzle would look like a setup from a recent game I played. Assuming that the puzzles are generated vs from a database do they look at your games (where there might only be one good sequence of moves) and pull some scenarios from there?

Most of the puzzles do come from games played on site but as far as I'm aware there's nothing in the algorithm that would try to give ones that could have come from any of the solver's games. I also think it takes a while for puzzles from newer games to make it to the database, so it's unlikely any are coming from any of those anyway.

Update: I just did a bunch and they’re all from games I played yesterday

I recognize them because they were either when I blundered a win, timed out or won games with memorable setups.

They may be similar but they're not from your games.

It seems you are correct, I went looking to see if I could find the game because it was bothering me and I found one that was almost the same but with a slight difference in backrank pawns. In my game they were missing the left most and then 2 pawns and in the puzzle they had 3 and they had 2 rightmost pawns while in my game they only had 1
