Average rating per Country?

http://www.fide.com/ratings/topfed.phtml this is a list of the top countries by rating, calculated by the top players of each country
I believe the average United States chess federation rating is around 1300.

In Here Sri Lanka, Most people don't like chess, Specially near my area, I am the only one who enjoys chess from our whole school lol,

I didn't reply to a post 14 years later. My reply was to a member that is now muted and I replied the same day the question was asked 
Forgive me if this has been asked before (I couldn't find it though).
Just for fun, it must be easy enough to calculate an average rating per country and publish a link with country rankings.
My guess for 1st position on the leader board is Kiribati
