Someone I know contacted staff, they said the couldn't do anything unless Samantha contacted them herself.

I have made PaulEChess's content visible again, as it was also automatically made invisible when his account was disabled for cheating (same as Samantha212). And yes, that is really ironic given PaulEChess' apparent surprise at Samantha212's account closure for engine use. It is an indication of how seriously Chess.com views cheating and the certainty we have in our detection methods.

What rule did she break? I find it hard to believe she was using an engine as her rating wasn't high enough. Are you aware of something the rest of us are not?
