Your record agains the computer is not stored and the games don't count for anything. Why not just hit the new game button and move on? You know it was a draw and no one else even knows the game happened.
Bug "LittleChessPartner"
it doesn't really matter if the computer will accept it or not, does it? I mean, couldn't you just assume that because littlechesspartner is repeating moves, it has no better way to proceed? If there was a rating against littlechesspartner, it would matter if it would accept it or not, but otherwise you could just call the game a draw anyway because the position has been repeated 3 times.

I don't believe that the staff of chess.com can do anything lil chesspartner is a program from another company.

phishcake, I dare you to call your wireless company and complain.
Lol. I remember going over one such position with friends at the chess club to see if it really was a draw, turned out it wasn't! it was a win for the computer, guess it got confused:?

Just recently could start seeing the board though I downloaded java months ago so I tried a game. Wouldn't take draw for me either - was beating me the whole game but came down to 3 peices each, it should have won but repeatedly moved his king to wrong way, yee-haw draw I thought -thank you easy setting - but alas it led to nought...aww.
A bug in the computer ignores the draw that comes when a move is repeated three times.
In the diagram (copy from computer), the black rook on the left moves back and forth while the white king does the same.
Could this please be fixed?
An alternative solution would be to take away 3 move repeats from the computer in non-critical situations such as the one displayed.
Thank you!
